To qualify for MHRMPC membership, individuals must meet specific criteria outlined by the cooperative.

Housing Loan A: Non-Partner Developer or Third-Party Individual Housing Loan

Housing Loan B: Partner Developer Housing Loan

Applicants to MHRMPC are required to submit specific documentation.
